1953 Esso Mechanical Pencil Bayonne Refinery Family Day

This is a vintage Esso Mechanical Pencil. Marked Bayonne Refinery, Family Day -- October 1953. The Bayonne refinery is a New Jersey refinery, this pencil features the old Esso logo.

This refillable lead pencil has a great mid century look. The pencil measure 5 5/8" long and is made of red, white and blue plastic with a metal pocket clip and an eraser tip.

This is a great souvenir from a bygone era of Petroliana. Great for the vintage Esso, pen, or mid century collector.
