Rare 1960s Almost Paper Tent Dress by Flower Modes

An amazing, rare, 1960s Almost Paper Fashions by Flower Modes tent dress. The vinyl floral tent dress is sleeveless and has a bow tie neckline. The vinyl paper dress is not marked for size, feels very fragile; sold for display only. The dress on my dress forms was incredibly unflattering; the measurements are:

23" from armhole to armhole
36" long at center back
80" wide at hem

In rare very good midcentury vintage condition, in its original bag with ephemera. The ephemera is amusing as the dress looks nothing like the graphic! A rare piece of fashion history, when paper dresses were the rage, although weather became a factor for their quick demise!
