Antique German Brass Scissors and Sheath

I love these ornate antique scissors and sheath set. Marked Germany, this set has brass handles and sheath and silvertone metal for the blades. In vintage condition with lots of dings and dents, I think it gives character to the set. Scissors do cut, but need to be sharpened. Looks great on a desk. The set measures 9 3/4" long and heavy enough to be used as a paperweight.
