Antique Haviland Limoges Teacup and Saucer

An extremely rare antique Haviland Limoges teacup and saucer. The antique French porcelain Christmas set is hand painted with yellow flowers (black eyed Susans) and features "1850" XMas in gold in the center of the saucer (some paint loss towards to bottom). The brightly colored set is in remarkable condition for its age and is bright and cheerful. The mark is one of the earliest Haviland marks known. The approximate measurements are: the saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter, the cup is 3" in diameter at rim and 2 5/8" tall.

The set is in excellent condition, with minimal paint loss, no chips, cracks or scratches, and appears to have been stored well.
