Antique 1894 Autograph Album

A gorgeous, Victorian Era, antique autograph album, The Golden Butterfly Album. Circa 1890s, the pages are filled with autographs and sentiments. Occasional pages of lovely colored lithographs make the book all the more precious. The exterior leather cover features embossing on the back and a stunning, colored and embossed front cover.

The cover has board and edge wear. The gilding and colorful illustration remain in good condition. The pages are intact, but several are loosening. The album measures approximately 7 3/4" x 5". example of an antique autograph book in good condition. 3 3/4" x 6".

The autographs and owner come primarily from Massachusetts.
