1940's Youth Football Leather Padding and Helmet

A rare find, a 1940s youth football leader padding and helmet set. The boys read sports gear was made by Trojan, M. Sharf & Co., Boston, helmet, marked 5-475, shoulder padding 671. The helmet size label says medium, in very good condition, missing chin strap and lacing. Circa 1940s, is a great sports collectible with a cool look. Interior of helmet measures approximately 7 inches ear to ear, shoulder padding is approximately 23 inches wide when spread flat.
